Detect a key press when starting a macro

I've got macros for moving email to specific folders and separate macros
to easily open those folders. The "move" macros are invoked with a
custom toolbar. Neither set of macros use function keys for starting.

I'd like to merge the macros so that when I click on the toolbar, I get
the move functionality but if I ctrl-left click (for example) the macro
executes the open function.

I'm not a serious coder and don't have a great depth of knowledge on the
Outlook 2010 object model so I'm hoping someone can point me in the
right direction.
