How to send email in HTML format?

Dear all,

I need to send emails to some customers with the main page of the company
website showing on the message body. However, my boss doesn't want to attach
just the link of the website, he wants the main page showing on the email
message body when the customers open the message. Can anyone advise how to do
it?

Open the web page in IE then go to File - Send - Page by email
