Customizing Forms problem ..

Hello
I am new to outlook. I am customize a form with property detail section,
please check attachment for view, i wanted to change background color of
"Property Details" section.
When i click on "Developer" option > "Design this form" button, it shows
me a form that looks alot different from the one i want to edit. how can
i fix this.
