I created a form and published to the Organization retaining the original
form for changes in a secure location recently. Yesterday I went to view
the form and was denied access ... I ended up deleting the form from the
Organization and republishing from my saved copy.

Other people could use and see the form, but I couldn't. What happened?

I've had this too are you using Exchange Server 5.5 by chance?

Yes, sorry it took so long to reply. But we are using 5.5 server. I hope
this doesn't happen again but I thought maybe I had done something to
corrupt the file inadvertently.
