Domino to Exchange migration - resource database migration how???

Hi,

In my company we are planning to migrate from Lotus Domino to Micosoft
Exchange and i would like to know how to migrate RESOURCE database to
Micorsoft exchange so users sheduled meetings in these resources won't
affect.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
