Outbox Shows 1 Unsent Msg

I'm using Mac OS X 10.7.3 & Outlook 14.1.4
I sent an email, and outlook crashed ! When i re-opened it i can see 1
unsent msg in the outbox folder but there isnt anything there.
I restarted Outlook and restarted my Mac but it did not go away.
how can i solve it ?
