Change Mac Office 2016's Outlook dock icon status?

Hello.
I used to use Mac Office 2011 in my updated Mac OS X v10.10.5
(Yosemite), but I installed 2016 and its updates recently. However, its
Outlook's dock icon status suck now when there are new unread inbox
e-mails. In 2011's Outlook dock icon, it used to show a red number of
unread inbox e-mails. How can I get this back in 2016?
