Mail migration from Lotus Notes to Outlook 2000

Hi all!
Is there anyone who knows to migrate mails from Notes-Server to local
Outlook 2000 without Exchange in back. There exist a Tool from MS (Importer
for Lotus Notes Mail; create Structure in OL and transfer mails from Notes
to OL/Exchange), but this Tool require an Exchange Server.
The Challenge is to migrate many mails from ~20 Users since ~6 years from
Notes-DBs to local Outlook.
Any Tools (Notes *.nsf, *.exe, VB/VBA-Code) or hints are wellcome.

We use a tool called UNI-ACCESS that takes notes .nsf
files and converts them to .pst files that can then be
imported into Exchange. There doubtless are others that
