1. When I switch screens from Inbox to calendar or calendar to contacts or
contacts to Inbox or any other combination you can imagine, it usually takes 2-3
minutes. Is that normal?

2. When I try to send an e-mail directly from a contact file Outlook locks up.

3. I Ctrl/Alt/Delete to escape - try to reopen Outlook and it does not cue me to
connect or work offline.

4. With Outlook open any attempted access locks it up again and I have to
Ctrl/Alt/Delete to escape and then reboot.

These things normally happens 4-6 times each day, sometimes more if I'm on the
computer a lot. Any idea what might be happening?

Let me know your thoughts

What Operating system? Are your resources possibly getting low?

Run your resources meter and see if they are perhaps getting low.
