Trouble getting contacts to show in address book

Bought a new computer with Outlook 2003. Did an import/export to bring over
old pst data from Outlook 2000 (didn't just copy in the old pst file) but
cant get my contacts to show up in address book. Went to properties for the
contact and box IS checked to show folder as an email address book but I get
errors when trying to access from an email saying that the file has been
moved, deleted, or I don't have authority.... Anyone ever seen this before???

All the time. That's why we tell people never to import PST data. You lose a
lot of data and disrupt a lot of connections.
Remove and re-add the Outlook Address Book service to repair the connections
to your Contacts.
