Updating client configs using PRF files for Outlook 2003 & 2007

We are absorbing an area previously serviced by a departmental exchange
server. These clients are not logging into our domain, and although I am
creating a prf file I am concerned that even in testing, the file prompts for
domain user id and pw to connect to the exchange server, but cannot resolve
the mailbox/userid name, as the prexisting name may be a local account name.
how can we have that field update with the userid used to connect to our
Exhange server , thus effectively resolving?

Must these clients be forced through rpc/https for the home server? If so,
even then the mailbox name field will be propagated with either a previous
userid or a generic "userid" generated by the %userid% entry.

Posting a copy of our prf file. we are simply updating the servername,
requiring encryption from the client, and enabling cached mode.
