How to save all mail in web mail to outlook

Hello,

How can i save all the mails to outloojk inbox which webmail is related to
company's id and outlook on my PC ,

I am using two different environments, My PC setup is like UK environment ,
and my mail id is from my companies , so i cannot configure outlook in this
environment , from web mail only i am verifing the mails ,
please let me know how to save all messages from webserver to PC,

I am losing important mails due to space

You have to set up the email account, specific to your ISP, within Outlook
in order to utilise Outlook for mail
Not sure what you mean by UK environment
Who is the email provider for this web mail account?
