Create multiple signatures the normal way (Tools | Options | Mail Format) and make one the default. If you want to use a different signature for the current message, right-click the signature that Outlook inserted automatically. From the pop-up menu, select either the name of the signature you want to use or E-mail Signature to create a new one. This is also the technique you need to use if you want Outlook 2003 to automatically change your signature when you switch accounts on an unsent message.

Thanks -- I have those basics down. My real issue is in a reply where no
signature is popping up automatically (my preference) but then I want to add
a signature to some of those replies. I cannot figure out how to add my main
signature line to the reply -- now just cut and paste from a new email that
has it in there automatically. Make sense?

Thanks for the help! Tony

If you're using Word as your email editor and you don't want to use AutoText, you need to use the method I suggested.
