How to send cc/bcc to all outgoing mails

I want to sent all my outgoing mails to myself. I want my mail id
automatically in CC/BCC field. Please Suggest me

Click Tools>Options>E-mail Options and check the "Save copies of messages in
Sent Items folder" box.

The former can be done with a rule. The latter can be done with a VBA
script.
