I am trying to get the two computers in our office to syncronize with one
another. The help menu stated that this is only possible if you are using the
Microsoft Exchange Server. When I go to the control panel to add another
email using the Microsoft Exchange Server, It asks me for the network
computer and the username. Once they are enterred in to be verified, I get an
error message that says "The action could not be completed. The connection to
the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or
connected to complete this action".

Our office uses DSL, and we are always connected to the internet. Can
someone please help?!!

You would have to actually purchase and install the Microsoft Exchange Server software or contract with a hosted Exchange provider to get mailboxes.

If you don't have an Exchange server you can't configure an Exchange server
account either.
