Received Email in Strange Format !

I'm using MS Outlook 98 in Windows 98. Recently, I have received some
plain text mails which are converted to the strange format as follows :
(Remark : The mail usually comes from user who use the Outlook 2000 in
Japanese.
If there is the attachment in the email, the attached file will be shown
as some strange characters.)
