microsoft outlook使用回覆功能會當機

最近使用Microsoft
Outlook的回信功能該封信就會當機,而且通常是很悲慘的在打了信之後.我試著用Word檔打好再貼上去寄,但是Word也會當機,這是為什麼呢?
