Right now I have Outlook 2003 set to create all messages as plain text. I
would like to force Outlook to respond to all messages as plain text as the
default behavior. I did not see anything in the Help about setting this as
the default for responses. This is easy enough to do it Entourage on the
Mac.

I don't want to use HTML or RTF format, just plain text. Any help is much
appreciated.

You can set your OL to "Read all standard mail in Plain Text," so your
response should be in the same format. Tools, options, Email options.
