Ive lost the ability to recieve incoming messages that
contain HTML,how do i check the settings to allow HTML
emails.
Can anyone suggest a good alternative to Outlook as
Microsofts lack of free support is pissing me off.

All versions of Outlook can receive HTML messages.
Provide sufficient details of your problem. Tell us how you lost your
ability and what makes you think it has been lost. You've told us nothing
that would permit troubleshooting.
