I have got email service on my mobile wherein i can view and send mails. But
after I send a mail, is there i can synchronise it when i open my Outlook?
Usually when i open my Outlook, its only the Inbox which gets synchronised.
Is there any way that my Sent Items Folder also gets synchronised?

I'm using Microsoft outlook 2003.

Check with your mobile phone device and sync software. Outlook itself
doesn't play a part in this.

Hi Roady [MVP],

thanx for the response..the way I've configured MS Outlook (2003) is to
download all the mails from a web server. Even if I log into the web server
and send a mail from there, and afterwards I open Outlook, its only the Inbox
which gets synchronised, not the Sent Items Folder. Why does'nt the "Sent
Items" Folder get synchronised?

Sounds like you are using a POP3 account. The mail protocol simply works
that way; it only retrieves items from the Inbox folder.

IMAP and Exchange accounts allow for retrieval of items for multiple folders
and also allow the uploading of items to your online account folders (POP3
only allows downloading).

As a workaround I sometimes move my Sent Items from the webbased account to
the Inbox folder so that Outlook can retrieve it. You can then easily
manually move it to your Sent Items folder or use a rule to do it
automatically.
