I imported my desktop pst file into the default Personal Folders file created
by Outlook on my temporary laptop.

I have received emails and put them into various subfolders in the default
Personal Folders file on the laptop.

I would like to export the default Personal Folders laptop pst file back to
my desktop without creating duplicates.

The export wizard gives me the option: “Do not export duplicate files,” but
asks me to “Save exported files as:_____.”

If I browse to my desktop pst file and indicate that the desktop pst file is
the filename I want to “Save exported files as,” will the wizard REPLACE my
desktop pst file with the laptop pst file, or just add non-duplicate items to
it?

Basically, I just want to synchronize the laptop pst with the desktop pst.

Never export to or import from a PST. For ways to sync two Outlooks, see
