How can I sync Outlook on my desk top and lap top?

My husband and I run a business out of our home. He is on the road all day,
and I run the home office. I need to be able to syncronize the contacts,
schedule, etc. that I input in Outlook daily with his laptop at night. What
is the easiest way to do this?
