Hi Daniel,

Thank you for posting here!

Yes, it is feasible that we export rules from Outlook and then import them
to another computer. To do this, please follow the steps below:

1. Start Outlook on your computer.
2. Click Tools menu -> Rules and Alerts (if Outlook is a previous version
than Outlook 2003, click Tools menu -> Rules Wizard).
3. Click the Options button -> Export Rules to export the rules as an .rwz
file.
4. Move the .rwz file to the destination computer.
5. On the destination computer, start Outlook -> Tools -> Rules and Alerts
(Rules Wizard) -> Options and click "Import Rules" to import the .rwz file.

Note: After the import, we may need to manually re-configure some rules.
For example, in our current profile there is a rule to move certain emails
to a folder named A; after we import the rule to another computer, we will
need to re-designate a folder for this rule if the Outlook profile on the
destination computer does not contain a folder with the name A.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If anything in my post is unclear, feel free to let me know. I'm happy to
be of assistance.

Have a good day!

Thanks & regards,

Winfred Weng

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for posting back.

I'm glad to hear that you have successfully transferred the rules via the
Registry keys. However, Outlook itself provides us with a built-in feature
that can help us directly export and import rules. This method is very
convenient. You may have missed my last reply to your question. For your
convenience, I have listed the steps to achieve this again as below. If
there is anything unclear, feel free to let me know.
