Email messages that I receive that have pictures in them are displaying the
images at at least 3x their size. Nothing else is affected. Text remains the
same. I have checked my email messages outside of Outlook to see if this was
something coming from MSN itself but everything displays perfectly outside of
Outlook.
Any ideas?
I run Windows XP Home SP2 and (again) have the Office Pro Plus 2007 Suite.
Thanks,
Katrina Glover
Here is an example of what I am seeing: <a

After an exhausting 2 hrs on the phone with Microsoft, they came to the
conclusion that it is just the way outlook views embedded images, which to be
quite frank - stinks!
I'm going to keep trying to find a work around. If you can think of anything
else, I'm all ears!
Thanks,
Katrina
When I was speaking to Microsoft, they had me forward a message and when the
tech opened it, he saw the same thing as I did and came to the conclusion
that it's just the way outlook sees embedded graphics.
I'm still not convinced that that is the case but I haven't been able to
figure out what's going on and quite frankly, its bugging the heck out of me!
