When I do a send recieve I get (0x800CCC33) Access to accout was denied.
Verify that your name and password are correct. The server responded
'Forbidden"! I know the Hotmail username are correct cause it worked up
untill 2 weeks ago. Plus I can get in hotmail via IE OK. Help!

I might you suggest you start with this article:
http://windowslivehelp.com/solutions/settings/archive/2009/02/16/how-to-add-your-e-mail-account-to-microsoft-outlook.aspx

Use it to verify that your connection settings are correct. Even though you
didn't change them, it could be that Microsoft changed something in the way
Hotmail is accessed from Outlook which caused your software to become unable
to connect to Hotmail.

Alternatively, if you do not use the Outlook Connector plug-in, maybe you
could give it a try?

I do not use Windows Live/Hotmail myself so I cannot vouch for it, but since
it is Microsoft's recommended method of accessing Hotmail, I doubt that it
wouldn't work properly.

Actually your problem would be related to this:

Therefore you will definitely have to change your settings.
