VIRIGN MEDIA (uk) AND OUTLOOK

i seem to be having problems added my hotmail email address to my outlook, we
also have a virign media email address that goes through but not to Outlook ?
keep getting error on sending and receiving.. virgin media say that they only
deal with Outlook express and i should configure my settings to Microsoft
Outlook....can anyone help me with this please.

I ahve tried using add new email account and used the incoming server
po...@ntlworld.com and outgoing server sm...@ntlworld.com and keep getting
error messages.

No wonder you're getting errors. Server names do not contain "@" signs.
Try pop.ntlworld.com and smtp.ntlworld.com instead.
