Automatic Tentative accept meeting while using Out of Office

Can't get meetings to tentatively go into calendar while Out of Office is
turned on. This is causingn a problem when several people are scheduling and
the delegates are trying to arrange meetings. When the employuee comes back
and turns off out of office there calendar gets slammed with all the meeting
requests. Is there something that needs to be set?

Tentaitve works when out of Office is off.
