Hi,

I've sent out a meeting request by accident & would like to recall it.
But the option is not available.
However for an email message sent, the option is available. "Sent Items" ->
"Actions" -> Recall this message.
Would like to do the same for the Meeting request.

G'Day Vani,

Go to your Calendar and open the meeting.

On the Actions menu, click "Cancel Meeting".

Hi Pat,
Thanks for the reply.
Yes, Cancel is a good idea. However, I wanted a way in which to recall it
completely so that the original contents of the Meeting request cannot be
viewed by the recipients.
This is possible for email messages."Sent Items", "Actions", "Recall this
message".
The message itself is recalled along with the content. Recipients (who
haven't read this yet) will only have a blank email with the mesage that it
has been recalled.
For meeting requests, I wanted a similar functionality.
