We often suggest removing and re-adding the account when it doesn't fix
itself in a timely manner - but the service is a bit buggy as they move all
of the accounts to the Live servers so it may just be a problem on the
backend. I was told they are doing some updates this month but I'm not sure
what all is being updated (besides calendar-related).
