If any Outlook Guru can help me with this snafu, I'd be most grateful.
Thank-you,

Roady,
A distribution list sent to someone else reveals only display name and email
addresss. However, since I am the creator of the list, when an individual on
the list is double-clicked, all details (i.e. address, website, phone, etc)
are revealed. Thus, all info is still viewable by me. However, the list is
quite long and I want to avoid rekeying the info as individual contacts. I
find it hard to believe there is no simple way to export to contacts.
Any other advice folks? :)
Many thanks for your help,
Elaine

Nonetheless, they are not in the DL itself and you cannot save a DL and expect
to obtain that information during the save. If you double-click a member and
see a Contact form, then you must have that member in a Contact folder
somewhere, perhaps in the GAL, if you use an Exchange server.
