I have always used Outlook Express and just received a new computer and
it has Office installed with Outlook. Is there a way to bring Outlook up
using all of the settings and data from my Express setup?

When you install Outlook, it should ask if you want to import the data from
OE. Did your PC vendor include the Office or Outlook installation disk? If
so, ininstall Outlook and reinstall.

If you've got your OE stuff on the machine you can use the File menu >
Import & Export command to import the data from OE.
