Is there way to set up recurring meeting say 2nd and fourth Tuesday of the
month except every two weeks. 2nd and 4th Tuesday may not be two weeks apart.

Can you give an example?
In my book 2 and 4 are always 2 apart.

If you'd turn it around it would make a bit more sense but not much. The 4th
and 2nd are also 2 weeks apart unless there are 5 Tuesdays in a month. Then
you'd switch to the 2nd Tuesday of the month according to your schedule.
Since 2 and 4 are always 2 apart, you won't switch anymore so practically
you'd always be having the meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.

Here is what I have. I have a meeting scheduled 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the
month. Theoretically, every 2nd week has the meeting. Now in the month of
December I had a meeting on the 3rd and then we have a meeting today, ie
17th. Next meeting based on every two weeks falls on Wednesday 31st of
December. That is not 1st or the 3rd Wednesday of the Month. 31st is the 5th
Wednesday of the Month.
This is my problem.

Which is a very different request from your original post where you said
that you didn´t want a meeting every 2 weeks. What you are saying now is
that you don´t want it EVERY week or 2 weeks in a row.

In that case you need to create 2 appointments; 1 to occur monthly on the
1st Wednesday of the Month and 1 to occur monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of
the Month. It will be the same for your Tuesday meetings.

What you have suggested will work. I did not think that way. I was trying to
set up the meeting at the same page.
Thanks for the suggestion.

You're welcome! :-)
Sadly it is not possible to set such a recurrence pattern in a single
appointment. You could sort of link them together by assigning them a
category.
