Send rules and search folders to other people

It would be awesome if I could send other people in my office rules and
search folders that I've set up.

I can't think of any way to send the search folders, but you can export your
rules to a file and send them to others who can import them. Tools | Rules
Wizard | Options if I recall correctly.
