Please can you help me to set up a rule to automatically BCC every email I
send to my Secretary. Using the Rules wizard I can create one to CC her, but
not BCC her.

Here is how I did the auto CC rule:

Tools
Rules wizard
New / click next
Check messages after sending / click next
(dont choose anything for conditions..) just click next
Click Yes
tick cc the mesage to people or distribution list and then
click the link to choose the recipient / click next
(Don't choose any exceptions,) / just click next
Name the Rule and / click finish

It works fine, except I want a BCC not a CC.

Thanks so much. I don't know how to create a rule that is not a standard
pre-supplied option.

A rule can't do that. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autobcc.htm for VBA code that can. And http://www.outlookcode.com/d/vbabasics.htm for VBA basics.

Thanks so much, Sue. That's very helpful. Sounds like I need to spend $19.95
on the little program shown in your link at Sperry Software. How odd that
Outlook can do CC but not BCC - something only a programmer could understand,
I guess!

Thanks again.
