I want to send emails without having to add address into my address book. I
can't seem to do this and I don't want everything I send saved as a contact.
Any ideas?

Can you simply type an address in the To, CC or BCC fields? If not, what
happens when you try?

I have the address in the To field and everything appears to be okay until I
hit send. Then a box comes up titled "Check Names". I'm promted to either add
to my address book or search the address book for the correct party. I don't
have an option to ignore this and when I hit cancel on the box, it goes away
but I'm stuck with an email that hasn't gone anywhere.

Start: Outlook>Tools>options>e-mail options>advanced e-mail options>turn
off automatic name checking.

What version of Outlook are you using? Also, are the names simple Internet
standard addresses?
