Outlook not recognizing hotmail.com

Have had a hotmail addy for about 15 years. Outlook 03/XP doesn't recognize
my hotmail now. keeps saying forbidden. Dloaded a service pack and still
nothing. What should I do?

Outlook Connector, I think will cure your problem,
