Outlook is an application in which you can add email accounts of various
protocols
There is no such thing as outlook email.
Hotmail is a specific email application

Don't bother. If you cannot tell the difference between an e-mail
client and an e-mail account then you have no expertise in composing
your paper which is also evidenced by coming here to cheat on your
homework. Read your classbook and do the homework yourself.

Really? I thought it was one that allows you to mail and the other one
allows you to look? :-P

Hotmail is a mail service. Outlook is a mail client. You connect mail
clients to mail services.
