How do I stop Outlook from sending emails repeatedly

Outlook will send emails repeatedly about every 5 minutes for hours. This
has happened twice in two weeks with separate emails sent to two different
people.

Amend your auto send to 10 minutes, and if you have anti virus software
intergrated with outlook, uninstall it, then reboot, prior to reinstalling
your AV without the outlook intergration
