How do I search email for an attachment with a certain name for eg)

While in Outlook use Ctrl+Shift+F this will bring up the Advanced Find. In
there type in the name of the attachment you wish to find, and then click on
the "More Choices" Tab. Within that tab check the box that says Only items
with: and in the dropdown list choose "one or more attachmetns" That should
do it!
