spammers are sending me email, no domain, just To: myname@, Fix?

there is no domain name to block. the From: line is my email address To: "my
email address, ex. From: Jim Jones <mi...@fetterconstrucion.com> To:
mi...@fetterconstruction.com <mi...@fetterconstrucion.com> I get most my spam
this way lately. what can i turn on or off to fix it so they don't get
through to my inbox and or my junkmail box. If i can't have both, just
getting it to go straight to junk mail would be great.
