automatic set up Calendar and Mail to send emails

Hello.

I'm just wondering if Outlook 2007 has the capability or feature to
automatically send emails (like quartlerly?).
This is the scenario. I will set up due dates on my calendar. Then I want
Outlook to send emails to a group of people on those due dates.

Is this possible?

It's possible, but not from an appointment on the calendar. See
