how to delay sending an email

Is it possible in microsoft outlook to delay or schedual sending an email?

Yes. To do so, after you type your e-mail and before you
send it, click on View and then Options (or the Options
button on the Standard toolbar).Check the do not deliver
before checkbox and then enter the date and time you wish
to have the e-mail sent. Click on Close to accept the
option and then on Send. The e-mail will remain in your
Outbox until the designated date and time.
