Modify the Send/Receive group containing the account so that it doesn't
send. Click Tools>Options>Mail Setup>Send/Receive (or ALT-CTRL-S), select
the send/receive group containing the account, and click Edit. Select the
account and uncheck "Send mail items". Click OK. Create another
send/receive group containing this account and select the option to send in
that group.
