Outlook Quick Parts Disappear

I'm running Office SBE/Outlook 2007 on Windows 7, fresh install on a new
system with all SPs and updates installed.

When I try to use Quick Parts in Outlook, I am able to create and save the
QP templates to my Quick Parts gallery and they work fine....until I exit
Outlook and return. Upon restarting Outlook, any Quick Part previously
created has disappeared.
Any help out there?
