Sometimes a user will receive a message that has an attachment, the paper
clip indicator is there. They open the message but cannot see the
attachment. Not in the body of the message, or the attachment field. If you
forward the message, the attachment will appear as normal. Also if you
forward to yourself the attachment shows up. We thought it was a problem
with the way the attachment was being imbedded, but we have had a couple of
cases where this happens internally, which makes no sense at all.
