I can get most of my e-mails from people who send me stuff. When my bank or
finacial accounts try and send me stuff, they say that they get a message
that says that my e-Mail address is not correct or undeliverable. I have
re-entered my e-mail on all of their sites and it still is a problem.
Help!!! I don't know what is wrong. My internet provider says that
everything is ok on their end.

What is the exact text of the NDR/bounce message they get? Without this,
it's very hard to say. Outlook isn't the issue - your ISP's mail server or
the sender's or their config is.
