Help, please....

I have Outlook 2003 which receives e-mail just fine, but cannot send mail
for several minutes, sometimes several hours before it leaves the outbox.

I have diabled firewall, turned off anti-virus etc, created new profile, new
PST etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have searched all over the internet
and cannot find a viable fix. I am hoping to find one here.

I have had the pleasure of a couple of "house calls" where the same problem
existed. It was solved by going to Office Update and downloading all
updates, especially the one regarding Outlook Junk mail filter.
