How to add Authenticated RSS Feed?

Hi
When I attempt to manually add an authenticated RSS feed to Outlook 2010, it
does not come up and ask me for a password, but comes straight back with a
message saying I do not have the required credentials.
How do I add a feed with a Userid and Password?

authenticated feeds.
