Why does my signature auto double-space in forward & reply mail?

My signature looks perfect in "new" mail. I've checked off to include my
signature for all mail. But, when I'm forwarding or replying to mail, it
double spaces it. I just need to get rid of that. I want it to look like my
new mail.

Since Outlook uses the format of the original message when replying or
forwarding, the embedded format if the message appears to be changing your
signature.
