Goal:
To be able to use Microsoft Outlook software at storefront office and still
keep access to agency email, calendars, folders, etc.
Background:
We recently opened a new community center, a storefront and we currently use
OWA to access our agency email. We have had many problems with OWA and have
found that it doesn't do what we want it to do. Our IT department has been
less than helpful in this process and says there's absolutely no way for us
to get what we need.
I just wanted to double check with someone else to make sure that there are
no options.
Can someone help or direct me to someone who can? If you can help, please
be as specific as possible about the steps or information I need. I will
ultimately pass this information on to the appropriate people.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!!!!

Perhaps it's just me but I think you need to be amore specific about
what problems you are haing before people give you an answer. If you
can access this 'agency email' account via OWA then they are using an
exchange server so using Outlook shouldn't be a problem. Whomever is
providing you with the service has to allow you access (which may
involve you using a VPN or them relaxing some firewall rules) and giving
you the appropriate server and credentials. I don't think anyone here
is going to be able to give you any more informations, it sounds like
the information will be specific to your supplier.
